As a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, I bring a solid foundation from Norway’s biggest personal training academy, where I gained expertise in repetition of movement, exercise theory, exercise analysis, explosive training, endurance training, and program design. I also hold a bachelor's degree and am CrossFit Level 1 certified. Currently, I’m pursuing my master's in dietetics and nutrition to become a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and will be continuing my studies with a PhD focusing on the combination of sports and clinical nutrition.
My experiences competing in Olympic weightlifting, triathlons, and mountain races have shaped my approach, showing me firsthand what works.
